Bald Is Beautiful Program Application

A complimentary confidence-boosting experience for individuals experiencing hair loss due to cancer treatment.

At Jamie's Hope, we know that losing your hair during cancer treatment can be one of the most emotional parts of the journey. Bald is Beautiful was created to remind every participant that beauty is not defined by hair—it's defined by strength, courage, and hope.

Through this complimentary program, participants are treated to a personalized photoshoot and/or experience designed around their interests, personality, and journey. Whether it's a traditional photoshoot, a meaningful location, or a special outing, our volunteer professionals come together to create an unforgettable day that celebrates strength, beauty, and hope.

How it Works:

1. Submit your application by completing the form and uploading a recent photo.

2. Our team reviews each application to determine eligibility and availability.

3. If selected, we'll reach out to learn more about you and begin planning your personalized experience.

4. Enjoy your Bald is Beautiful experience! Whether it's a photoshoot, a special outing, or another meaningful experience, our goal is to create a day you'll always remember.

Eligibility

• Participants may be currently undergoing treatment or have completed treatment.

• Participants should be experiencing hair loss due to cancer treatment. Typically, participants are bald or have approximately one inch of hair or less.

• Applications are reviewed based on availability.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
